Client testimonials

We publish selected client testimonials on this site. Anna Gawłowska Real Estate is the data controller for the information they contain (first name and last initial, optionally city, and the review text). We display this data in a minimised form (first name plus last initial, optionally city). The legal basis is the client's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@annagawlowska.realestate — the testimonial will then be promptly removed from the site.

Listing view statistics

We keep anonymous, aggregate counters of how often individual property listings are viewed, so we can see which listings attract the most interest. We process no personal data for this purpose — we do not store your IP address and we use no cookies. We count only the total number of views per day; the only client-side element is a sessionStorage marker used to avoid double-counting the same visit.

Google Analytics

If you grant consent via the cookie banner (“Statistics” or “Marketing” category), we use Google Analytics — an analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — to analyse traffic on this website. Data may be transferred to Google's infrastructure in the United States. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the site footer. Commercial information by e-mail

If you tick the separate, optional consent box when sending an enquiry, we may send you commercial information about property offers by e-mail. This consent is separate from the processing consent needed to answer your enquiry — leaving it unticked does not affect how your enquiry is handled.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) in conjunction with Art. 21 of the Spanish LSSI-CE Act 34/2002. We record the wording of the consent given together with the date it was given. You may withdraw it at any time, with effect for the future, by writing to info@annagawlowska.realestate; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Every such message carries a one-click unsubscribe link; using it stops further messages immediately. Unsubscribing from these messages does not affect how any enquiry you have made is handled.

To deliver these messages we use Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) as a processor, which involves a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area.
