Anna Gawłowska Real Estate is a boutique agency on the Costa Blanca, run from the Marina Salinas marina in Torrevieja.

We accompany you from start to finish. We collect you from the airport, help you find accommodation and a rental car for the viewings, and then present each property in person and lead the conversations with developers.

We work with a trusted lawyer and legal representative, who guide you through the notarial deed, the transfer of utilities and any dealings with the gestoría — including after the keys change hands, under power of attorney if you prefer.

We speak your language and know the area. You are not a lead in a database to us — you are a guest, treated with the discretion and care that buying a home abroad deserves.
